Cricket opportunities for Juniors.

Girls and Boys aged 5 – 8 can join All Stars Cricket which is a nationwide program, run by the ECB (England and Wales Cricket Board).  Designed specifically as an introduction to cricket for both boys and girls, and with training being provided by qualified coaches. 

Girls and boys aged 8 – 11 can join Dynamos Cricket which is a fantastic next step for all those graduating from All Stars Cricket, and is also the perfect introduction for all 8 - 11 yr olds who are new to the sport.

We also run U9s, 11s, 13s, 15s, and 18s. We play in Doncaster, Sheffield and Wakefield leagues. Match night varies according to the team and the league so check the Matches Diary for details. There are always opportunities to play Men's and Ladies Senior Cricket. Come and take a look. We will be pleased to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

Cricket opportunities for Women and Girls.

Women and girls aged from 9 upwards can join adult ladies for softball cricket and/or hardball cricket.

Our ladies Softball Cricket team play 16 overs in Division 2 of the South Yorks Cricket league, and the Hardball Cricket team play in the One hundred and 40 overs in the Yorkshire Premier League. 

We wear coloured clothing and use pink balls. Matches are usually on Sundays, although we sometimes play on a midweek evening as well. Check the Matches and Training Calendars for Details.

The decision to play Hard ball Cricket or Soft ball Cricket is completely yours, there is no pressure to make the switch.

Everyone is welcome to come down and watch us play and train. The Club house has a well stocked bar with beverages and snacks to suit everyone, plus plenty of bench seating and tables.

Cricket opportunities for Men and Boys aged 13+

Our men's teams play cricket in the Yorkshire Premier League North, in a matches lasting between 40 and 50 overs. We play in the Premier Division, Championship, Division 4 and Division 7.

We also have four men's teams that play on in the Saturday Leadue, and also a Mid-week league.

Training takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday and anyone is welcome to come down see if they would like to train with us. Check the Matches and Training Calendars for Details and come down for a chat.
